Philip Pearle

“Interactions and Inequality” by Philip Pearle, professor of physics emeritus, was published as a chapter in Quantum Nonlocality and Reality, 50 years of Bell’s Theorem.

The publisher describes the 26 essays contained in the anthology as “a powerful comment on the undeniable significance of Bell’s theorem for the development of ideas in quantum physics over the past 50 years.”

Edited by physicist Mary Bell and Shan Gao of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing, the book was published this fall by Cambridge University Press.

The $400 million campaign marked the most ambitious fundraising initiative in the College's history.
