Substance, a solo exhibition featuring the work of Associate Professor of Art Rebecca Murtaugh, is on display through Sept. 27 at the Goodyear Gallery, located in the Goodyear Building at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pa.
The show includes more than a dozen large- and modest-scale tactile sculptures in paint, wood, and ceramic. The gallery is open Tuesday through Saturday.
A closing reception will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 27, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., at the gallery. Murtaugh will present an artist talk at 6 p.m. that evening. The exhibition and associated events are free and open to the public.
While on the Dickinson campus, Murtaugh will also conduct studio visits with senior art majors.
