Professor of English and Creative Writing Naomi Guttman read from her work at a Four Way Books event at Berl’s Brooklyn Poetry Shop in Brooklyn on March 3. She was joined by fellow authors Martha Rhodes, Ryan Murphy, April Ossmann and Andrea Cohen.
Guttman’s novella-in-verse, The Banquet of Donny & Ari: Scenes from the Opera, was published in 2015 by Brick Books. She is also the author of two award-winning poetry collections, Wet Apples, White Blood (2007) and Reasons for Winter (1991).
