The women’s team entered three boats with the varsity 8 winning the Division I petite final. Hamilton’s varsity 8, tied at No. 13 in the latest Division III Top 15 coaches poll, topped runner-up University of Connecticut and third-place Bates College. The Bobcats’ varsity 8 is ranked second in Division III.

The Continentals’ second varsity 8 entered the Division II/III event and placed fourth behind two nationally ranked Division II boats in No. 5 Mercyhurst and No. 8 Philadelphia University. Bates, whose boat recorded the highest finish by a second varsity 8 at last spring’s NCAA Championships, also finished ahead of Hamilton's entry.

On the men’s side Hamilton’s varsity 8 and varsity 4 represented the Continentals.

Hamilton is scheduled to travel to Medford, Mass., on Saturday, April 4, to race against host Tufts University, Trinity College and Mount Holyoke College’s women’s team.
