Nineteenth-Century American Landscape Photographs from the Boston Public Library

This exhibition presents the work of four photographers -- Carleton Watkins, Alexander Gardner, Timothy O'Sullivan and John Hillers --who recorded the wonders of the American West in the years after the Civil War.
