All nine Hamilton College women’s squash players defeated their opponents in three straight games and the Continentals breezed to a 9-0 victory over William Smith College at William Smith’s Smith Squash Center on Feb. 6.

Hamilton (10-9 overall) is 19th in the latest College Squash Association rankings, and the Continentals have won eight of their last 11 matches. The Herons are ranked 27th and their record dipped to 8-7.

Amanda Thorman '13, Hilary Gray '15 and Claire Corroon '13 cruised to victories at the first through third positions, respectively. Corroon’s 44th career win puts her alone in third place on the program’s all-time list. Thorman picked up her 35th career triumph.

Elizabeth Morris '15, Isabelle Weisman '15 and Hannah Coffin '14 earned wins at the fourth through sixth positions, respectively. Weisman notched her ninth win this season, which is tied for the team lead with Gray and Corroon.

Hillary Kolodner '14 tallied her 32nd career victory with a win at the seventh position. Kelsey Bogle '14 took down her opponent at the eighth position and Alexis Lee '13 recorded a win at the ninth position for the 31st of her career.

Hamilton will will take part in the 2013 Women's Team Championship, which will be held at Yale University from Friday to Sunday, Feb. 15 to Feb. 17.
