Hamilton College finished in 10th place out of 21 teams at the 2015 Saratoga Cross Country Invitational in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., on Saturday afternoon.

Hanna Jerome '18 was the top finisher for the Continentals in 37th place out of 277 runners with a time of 19:07.9 on the 5-kilometer course at Saratoga Spa State Park. Megan Kellogg '18 from nationally ranked No. 4 St. Lawrence University was the individual winner in 17:28.6.
Lindsay Heyer '17 was next for Hamilton in 57th place and a time of 19:18.8, and Mary Lundin '19 landed in 74th place with a time of 19:40.1 in her first collegiate race. Samantha Buttrick '17 ended up in 82nd place in 19:49 and Elizabeth Perry '18 was one spot behind Buttrick with a personal-record time of 19:49.9.
The Continentals collected 317 team points. St. Lawrence edged No. 33 Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute for the team title with 54 points to 61. Stevens Institute of Technology was third with 83.
Hamilton competes in the University of Rochester Yellowjacket Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 19, at 11 a.m. The meet will be held at Genesee Valley Park.
