Hamilton College placed fifth of 13 teams at Rensselaer’s 2013 Saratoga Invitational, which was held at Saratoga Spa State Park on Sept. 20.

Adrian Walsh ’16 was the Continentals’ top finisher, placing fourth in the 173-runner field. Walsh posted a time of 17 minutes, 56.7 seconds.
Hannah Kloeckner ’14 and Allie Gurney ’14 placed 16th and 22nd, respectively, with times of 18:29.9 and 18:42.2. Samantha Buttrick ’17 finished 34th in 18:59.0 and Hannah Lyons ’14 rounded out Hamilton’s top five in 42nd place with a time of 19:19.3 to come in 41st. Michelle Fish ’17 was 56th in 19:32.3 and Emily Banzer ’15 finished 57th in 19:33.2.
The Continentals compete at the SUNY Geneseo Invitational – the site of the NCAA regional meet – on Saturday, Oct. 5.
