Hamilton College is in fourth place out of six teams after the first day of the 2015 NESCAC Women's Golf Championship at Taconic Golf Club in Williamstown, Mass., on Saturday afternoon.

The event, which is in its first year, is being held in conjunction with the Williams College Fall Invitational. The Continentals are in eighth place out of 15 teams in the Williams Fall Invitational. Sunday's final round begins at 9 a.m. with a shotgun start.
Hamilton's four-person team score on the first day was 359. Williams leads the way at 309, followed by Middlebury College at 328 and Amherst College at 330. Bowdoin College (384) and Bates College (392) round out the NESCAC field.
Libbie Warner '19 and Electra Washburn '19 led the way for the Continentals as both players shot 86 on Saturday. They are tied for 12th place out of 31 golfers. Williams' Cordelia Chan is the leader in the clubhouse with a 74.
