
Hamilton College competed in the 2013 Middlebury College Women's Invitational at Middlebury's Ralph Myhre Golf Course on Sept. 28 and 29.
RESULTS
Katie Veasey '17 led Hamilton with a 36-hole total of 192 on the 5,811-yard layout that played to a par of 71. Veasey's 94 on Saturday was the best round of the weekend for the Continentals.
One of Hamilton's four players was disqualified after the first round, so the Continentals did not post a team score on Saturday. Hamilton ended up with a 402 on Sunday and officially did not place in the tournament.
Nationally ranked No. 6 Williams College captured the team title with a winning score of 628. No. 18 Middlebury was a distant second at 664 and Mount Holyoke College finished third at 669. Williams' Sarah Hasselman earned individual medalist honors with a 13-over par 155.
The Continentals travel to Williamstown, Mass., for the Williams Fall Classic on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 5 and 6.
