Hamilton College's Alex Rimmer '13 (Rye, N.Y./Rye HS) has been selected to the 2009 Eastern College Athletic Conference Division III Upstate women's soccer all-star team.
Rimmer is one of 11 players and one of four forwards on the second team. The Upstate region includes colleges and universities located in New York state outside the New York City metropolitan area.
Rimmer was voted the Liberty League rookie of the year and made first team all-league in November. She tied for first in the league with 12 goals and tied for the top spot with 25 points. Hamilton finished the season with an overall record of 9-6-1, and advanced to the league tournament final for the third time in eight years.
