Hamilton College split a pair of matches at the Little Squash Center on Dec. 5 and 6.

Middlebury results | Colgate results

The Continentals (3-3 overall) are ranked 19th by the College Squash Association. Hamilton lost 6-3 to No. 14 Middlebury College (1-1) on Saturday afternoon but breezed to a 9-0 victory against Colgate University on Sunday afternoon. All nine matches against Colgate (3-3) were clinched in three games.

Katherine Bauer '18 and Danielle Reisley '18 picked up a pair of wins during the weekend. Bauer and Reisley egded their Middlebury opponents in five games at the eighth and ninth positions, respectively.

Rachel Newman '16 won the 36th match of her career with the Continentals. She outlasted her Middlebury opponent in five games at the first position.

Molly Pivirotto '18 and Jean Beecher '19 posted their first collegiate varsity victories at the eighth and ninth positions, respectively, in the Colgate match. Sunday's other winners included Lillie Simourian '17 (first position), Rafiatou Ouro-Aguy '18 (second), Grace Munschauer '18 (third), Charlotte Zonis '19 (fourth) and Marina Hartnick '18 (fifth).

Hamilton is off until Jan. 7, 2016, when the Continentals travel to Williams College for a match against the Ephs at 5 p.m.
