Hamilton College's Alyssa Bawden '12 (Short Hills, N.J./Millburn HS), Hilary Gray '15 (Bala Cynwyd, Pa./Baldwin School) and Amanda Thorman '13 (Greenwich, Conn./Greenwich Academy) have been selected to the 2012 NESCAC women's squash all-conference team.

All three players were voted to the second team. They have led Hamilton to a 10-7 record and helped the Continentals to their best showing by placing fifth at the 2012 NESCAC championship.

Thorman played all of her matches at the first position and collected three of her four wins against NESCAC opponents. She was a second team selection and a member of the NESCAC winter all-academic team in 2011. Thorman has tallied 27 career wins.

Gray posted eight wins at the second position in just her first season at Hamilton. Six of her victories came against NESCAC opponents.

Bawden posted a 12-5 overall record and played 13 of 17 matches at the fourth position. Her 12 victories lead the team, and give her 29 for her Hamilton career.

The Continentals will compete for the Kurtz Cup at the 2012 College Squash Association team championships at Harvard University from Friday, Feb. 24, through Sunday, Feb. 26.
