
Hamilton College split a pair of matches at Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H., on Nov. 20 and 21.
Hamilton (1-1 overall) is ranked 15th by the College Squash Association. The Continentals breezed to an 8-1 win against No. 21 Bowdoin College on Saturday, and dropped a 9-0 decision at No. 8 Dartmouth on Sunday.
Against Bowdoin, Hamilton won every match except at the first position. Seven of the eight victories were in three straight games. Claire Corroon '13 was a four-game winner (11-7, 11-3, 9-11, 11-5) at the second position.
Leila Clifford-Ong '11 overcame a score in the second game to win at the third position (11-8, 12-10, 11-5). Kelsey Bogle '14 blanked her opponent in the first game and breezed to the win at the fourth position (11-0, 11-2, 11-7).
Danielle Forsyth '11 (fifth position), Alexis Lee '13 (sixth), Anne Edelstein '11 (seventh) and Laura Russell '14 (eighth) had little trouble with their opponents. Hillary Kolodner '14 allowed just seven points (11-2, 11-1, 11-4) in her win at the ninth position. Annabel Prouty '13 was an easy winner in the exhibition match.
