Megan Gibbons ’12 earned two victories for Hamilton College, but the visiting Continentals lost a dual meet to Middlebury College on Jan. 16.
 
The final score was 174-114. Gibbons took first in the 50-yard freestyle as she clocked in at 24.94 seconds. She also picked up a victory in the 100 free with a time of 54.46 seconds.
 
Whitney Rosenbaum ’10 scored a pair of runner-up finishes for the Continentals. Rosenbaum recorded a time of 2 minutes, 11.97 seconds in the 200 butterfly. In the 100 fly, she clocked in at 1:01.84.
 
Lizzy Buhl ‘12 finished in second place in the 200 backstroke, as she recorded a time of 2:22.23. Kate Rack ‘11 was close behind the runner-up as she finished third in the 100 breast with a time of 1:11.33. She ended up just .16 seconds out of second place. Diver Diane Paverman ‘13 took second place in both the 1-meter springboard (237.90 points), and the 3-meter board (237.00).
 
Hamilton will host Amherst College and St. Lawrence University for a meet at Bristol Pool on Saturday, Jan. 23.
