
Hamilton College hosted Hartwick College, Ithaca College and SUNY Geneseo for a quadrangular meet at Bristol Pool on Nov. 17.
Hamilton's two-time national champion and three-time All-American Maggie Rosenbaum '14 finished second in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:14.31. Rosenbaum took fourth place in a competitive 200 backstroke field with a time of 2:13.22. The winning time was 2:12.11.
McKenna Kelly '15 recorded a pair of solid finishes in the distance events. Kelly was second in the 1,000 freestyle (11:03.47) and fourth in the 500 free (5:27.54).
Sarah Hooper '16 and Lauren Halladay '16 posted impressive performances in their collegiate debuts. Hooper ended up third in the 50 free with a time of 25.81 seconds. Halladay was fourth in the 200 breaststroke in 2:34.58.
Diane Paverman '13 finished in fourth place, but less than eight points behind the winner, in 3-meter springboard diving. Paverman's score was 226.85 points.
Hamilton lost to Hartwick (152-87), Ithaca (167-76) and Geneseo (152-85). The Continentals are off for Thanksgiving and then host their own invitational on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 1 and 2.
