The Hamilton College women's tennis program and six individuals on the team have received honors from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) for exceptional academic performance.

2015 ITA Women's Division III Academic Awards

Hamilton picked up the 2015 ITA All-Academic Team award, which is open to any ITA program that has a team grade point average of 3.20 or better for the 2014-15 academic year. The Continentals received the same award in 2011.

Emily Chan '16 (Newton, Mass./Newton North HS), Liz Detwiler '15 (Bronxville, N.Y./Bronxville HS), Rachel Friedman '15 (Gansevoort, N.Y./Saratoga Springs HS), Anna Jaeger '15 (Bath, Maine/North Yarmouth Academy), Mira Khanna '15 (Palo Alto, Calif./Palo Alto HS) and Isabella Schoning '16 (Woodbury, N.J./Woodbury HS) earned 2015 ITA Scholar-Athlete status. Khanna and Schoning were also recognized as ITA scholar-athletes in 2014.

All honorees must be a varsity letter winner, have a grade point average of 3.50 or better for the current academic year and have been enrolled at their present school for at least two semesters.
