Tufts University swept Hamilton College in three sets to claim a New England Small College Athletic Conference victory at Amherst College's LeFrak Gymnasium on Oct. 17.

Amber O'Connor '09, who leads the NESCAC with 4.88 digs per set, was credited with 15. Kelsey Lawler '11 passed out 10 assists. Liz Reid '11 and Alex Singh '11 recorded three kills apiece.

Hamilton (8-15 overall) is winless in five conference matches this year. Tufts (20-1, 6-0) remained alone in first place in the NESCAC standings. The set scores were 25-12, 25-6, 25-10.

The Continentals play host Amherst at noon on Saturday, Oct. 18. Another NESCAC match against Middlebury College follows at 3 p.m.
