John Zimmerman ’15 (Syracuse, N.Y./Westhill HS), a three-year starter with the Hamilton College men’s lacrosse team, was named MVP of the Division III North-South Senior All-Star Game. Zimmerman led the North team to a 15-14 win in the exhibition game held at Cabrini College in Radnor, Pa.

Zimmerman was the game’s leading scorer, collecting five points on three goals and a pair of assists. He scored all three of his goals in the second quarter, helping the North rally from a pair of two-goal deficits. His third goal came with just four seconds left in the half and gave the North its first lead.
In the fourth quarter Zimmerman assisted on two goals. The first put the North up 13-10 – the team's largest lead – 1:02 into the final period and the second provided an insurance goal with 3:34 left.
