Dear Members of the Hamilton Community,

I’m pleased to share that Terry Martinez has returned as vice president and dean of students following her leave. Throughout her time at Hamilton, Terry has consistently advocated for students’ intellectual and personal growth, while partnering with those across campus to ensure a safe and supportive learning and living environment. I am sure you share my enthusiasm for working with her again.

Terry’s return gives me the opportunity to publicly thank Nancy Thompson for serving as interim dean for the past several months. Her experience and knowledge of Hamilton provided continuity for students, the student life staff, and all those who interact with the Dean of Students Office to access the resources and services available to students.

I know you join me in welcoming Terry back to campus and thanking Nancy for her leadership and service.
