Environmental Justice Action Group x Culinary Club Present: Vegan Dinner!

We will be preparing and enjoying noodle bowls with Culinary Club as our third vegan meal of the day. Our vegan day emphasizes the importance of environmentally-conscientious meals as a means of combatting the ethical and environmental issues of the meat industry.
