The Troy Family Scholarship
The Troy Family Scholarship was established by Jane Hausman Troy and Geoffrey M. Troy P'20.
This Fund was established in 2020 by Jane Hausman Troy and Geoffrey M. Troy, parents of Lauren M. Troy, Class of 2020.
Originally from New York City, Lauren graduated from Hamilton with a major in Psychology and minors in Sociology and Communication. Throughout her time at Hamilton, she helped other students by serving as a Peer Counselor at the campus Counseling Center. She was also an active member of the Campus Activities Board and a bartender at the Little Pub. The family established this Fund with the hope that future generations could benefit from a Hamilton education as Lauren did.
Please note: The named scholarships profiled on these pages support the College’s generous need-based financial aid commitment. These donor-funded scholarships help ensure the Hamilton promise of keeping education affordable through meeting a student’s full demonstrated financial need.
