The Immelt Family Scholarship
The Immelt Family Scholarship was established by Andrea and Jeffrey Immelt, parents of Sarah, Class of 2010.
Sarah Immelt graduated with a communications major and a minor in comparative literature. She is currently living and working in NYC for a popular NBC TV show.
Her parents, Jeffrey and Andrea were quick to affirm Hamilton’s decision to adopt a need-blind admission policy. In establishing this fund in 2011, they hoped to help sustain the College’s ongoing commitment to that effort. Jeffrey is CEO of General Electric; he and Andrea reside in Connecticut.
