Clark, graduated in 1980.Stephen is the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary to the Board of Trustees at The J. Paul Getty Trust in Los Angeles. He came to Getty in 2008 after 14 years of service at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York, most recently as deputy general counsel. Stephen was president of the Museum Association of New York, and a board member of the California Association of Museums, the International Cultural Property Society and the Bellosguardo Foundation. He participated on several committees of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and has served for several decades on the faculty of the American Law Institute/American Bar Association.
