A Hamilton College Multicultural Cooking Series

Event 01: Jollof Wars: Africa

Students from across West Africa, including Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, and Senegal, will prepare their own home-style jollof rice. Participants will then take part in a blind tasting and vote to decide which country takes the Jollof Wars crown!
