asu@hamilton.edu | ASU on InstagramASU provides programming that supports and celebrates the Asian and Asian American communities, cultures, and traditions at Hamilton. We host events to provide representation for its members while educating the campus on Asian and Asian American cultures and issues. ASU promotes community and solidarity, and works to create a space for students of similar backgrounds and cultures to come together. ASU represents all cultures that exist under the umbrella of “Asian”, acknowledging the intricacies, nuances, intersectionality, and individuality of Asian experiences. In addition, we strive to collaborate with other cultural organizations to promote harmony amongst different cultural groups on campus.

In the spirit of unity, BLSU as an organization also seek to engage the Hamilton College Community with opportunities and experiences of ethnic diversity.

cif@hamilton.edu | CIF on InstagramCIF is dedicated to intersectional social justice and equity, with a focus on feminist issues. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, gender, race, class, ability, religion and sexual orientation. The center, located in the Days-Massolo Multicultural Center, exists as a safe space for all. We were originally founded under Kirkland College as the Women’s Center and have served as a supportive and empowering space for women on our campus since its creation in 1977. CIF broadens the original focus of the center to explicitly include people of all identities who are dedicated to intersectional feminism.

We work to ensure that all Latine individuals on campus feel supported and a part of the larger Hamilton community. We foster and embraces all Latine cultures to lead discussions on Latine identities, organize Latine focused events, and to create a welcoming experience for our community.
