Move-In Tips
- Pack your items in reusable containers-laundry baskets, storage bins, backpacks. Minimize plastic bags and cardboard.
- Use your soft items (linens and clothing) to protect your breakables in transit.
- Bring surge protected power strips (no extension cords or unprotected multi-plug wall adaptors).
- Bring kitchenware-reusable water bottles, cups, plates, silverware, storage containers. Minimize disposable products.
- Mini-refrigerators, microwaves and coffeemakers are permitted items. Check with your roommate to avoid duplication.
- Battery operated LED holiday lights are permitted.
- Bring LED light bulbs of appropriate wattage for desk and floor lamps
