  • Jose “JT” Torres ’20 is not one to wait idly by for an opportunity to come along. His path to the investment operations associate job he’ll soon start at Capital Group began with his first visit to the Career Center — a meeting that took place even before he attended his first Hamilton class.

  • David Dacres graduated from Hamilton in 2018 and majored in chemistry. While on campus, David was a resident advisor, engaged in research with the chemistry department, and was a recipient of the Edward and Virginia Taylor Fund for Student/Faculty Research in Chemistry. Now, he works as an associate recruiter at HubSpot.

  • Chelsea Wiggins is a 2012 Hamilton graduate who majored in English literature and minored in French during her time on the Hill. She interned at places such as the Environmental Law Institute, the Center for Reproductive Rights, and the U.S. House of Representatives. Following graduation, she also worked at places such as the Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States (SIECUS) and the Maryland Coalition Against Sexual Assault. She currently acts as Counsel at the National Abortion Federation.

  • Emily Goldberg is a 2016 graduate who majored in Chinese language and literature. During her time at Hamilton, she was a tour guide, director of the Sidekicks Mentoring Program, an executive board member of Hamilton Association for Volunteering, Outreach, and Charity (HAVOC, as well as an intern at Hope House Utica. She is currently a teacher at Achievement First located in the Brooklyn, New York area.

  • Heather Saunders Estes K’74 majored in education and ceramics while she was a student at Kirkland and went on to receive her master of social work and master of public administration degrees from Syracuse University. She then moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where she became CEO of Planned Parenthood Northern California. Following her passion for poetry, she transitioned out of her role as CEO and began to write. Blue Light Press published her debut poetry book Inner Sunset in the summer of 2019, which can be found on Amazon. Learn more about Heather and her work on her website.

  • President David Wippman with his co-author Cornell Professor of American Studies Glenn Altschuler wrote an op-ed titled How America's undergraduates can survive — and thrive — at home in The Hill published on March 24.

  • Maya Cote graduated from Hamilton in 2019 and majored in biology. While on campus, Maya was an athlete on the varsity women’s lacrosse team, a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), and worked at Opus. After graduation, Maya committed to a job as a clinical research coordinator for the Endocrine Unit at Mass General Hospital in Boston.
