Six Win Prizes in Annual Public Speaking Competition
Six students won prizes in three categories at Hamilton’s annual public speaking competition held on March 1 in the Chapel. Presentations were either persuasive or informative in nature, and in one category, students addressed an assigned topic.
Many students weigh how to balance their contrasting interests, whether they be STEM, the arts, or the humanities. Maggie Maselli ’24, however, has found the key to combining all of these seemingly different disciplines.
Tickets Now Available for Tennis Legend Venus Williams, Great Names
Legendary tennis champion, author, and entrepreneur Venus Williams will be the next guest in the Sacerdote Great Names series on Thursday, April 18, at 7:30 p.m., in the Margaret Bundy Scott Field House. The event is free and open to the public, but tickets are required. They're available now.

In addition to Jones, an honorary degree will be awarded to Rosa Brooks, the Scott K. Ginsburg Professor of Law and Policy at Georgetown Law, and author of Tangled Up in Blue: Policing the American City.
