Hamilton Academy offers faculty and staff opportunities to discuss, debate, and discover pedagogical strategies, technological tools, and strategies for student support.

Intended to foster the sharing of expertise and guidance about best practices, Hamilton Academy consists primarily of large and small group gatherings for voluntary professional development. Addressing topics of concern to educators, Hamilton Academy hosts sessions in multiple formats and tracks, with a library of asynchronous sessions, and a rolling calendar of live sessions. (During the pandemic, most sessions will be hosted virtually.)

Hamilton Academy also offers a platform for training that many just need to get done: IRB training for Human Subjects research; Title IX Training mandated by the state; sessions on information and data security.
