Don’t want to try talk therapy but still looking for something healing? Mindful Music takes your experiences and transforms them into music. It’s a great way to creatively work through what you’re struggling with and to get some peace of mind. And at the end you get a recording of your song for FREE!

What happens in these workshops?

You will meet individually and work to come up with an idea for a song based on whatever you’re currently navigating in your life. You’ll begin by free writing some ideas down, and then Anne will help you refine them and develop them into the structure of a song. You don’t need to be musically inclined! That is all taken care of for you. With a deep background in music, Anne has the skills to express in song what you bring to the table. When you’re done, you will get a worktape of the song you created together!

Who is Anne?

Anne Buckle is a Nashville songwriter whoAnne Buckle grew up learning music from cousin June Carter Cash and cousin-in-law Johnny Cash. With a Master’s degree from Harvard and having studied at The Sorbonne in Paris, Anne does not have your typical country music story. She has deep roots in the music industry and having performed at the Grand Ole Opry and the Bluebird Cafe, Anne can help you express yourself in song!
