- Identify their strongest skill areas by completing the SkillScan self-assessment
- Connect their transferable skills to potential career paths
- Work to better articulate transferable skills in order to strengthen resumes, cover letters, and interview skills

- Students who would like to learn how to better communicate their skillset to potential employers
- Upperclassmen or after some off-campus experience

- Participate in conversations to reflect on their summer internship,
- Contemplate their experience and acquired skills
- Compare personal and workplace values
