Surplus Furniture & Equipment

Furniture and equipment that are no longer of use to the department must be reported to the Procurement and Facilities Management office; this includes high-value items such as books and art as well as anything considered a capital asset.  The Procurement Office, in conjunction with FM, has responsibility for determining the appropriate disposition of all surplus furniture and equipment and for authorizing and accomplishing this disposition or reallocation.
