Hamilton’s Facilities Management team maintains the College’s physical assets, oversees renovations and construction projects, and provides other support services, as described in the core competencies section below.
Maintenance Emergencies
Please call 315-859-4500 for emergency maintenance issues Mon-Fri 7 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.; otherwise, call Campus Safety at 315-859-4141.
We consider the following maintenance emergencies:
- Structural hazards
- Electrical and gas failures
- No hot, cold water, heat
- Refrigerator, stove not working
- Sewage backup
- Water intrusion or icy walkways
- Any elevator issues
- Broken lock, window, or door
- Any Fire alarm issues
- Overflowing or plugged toilet
Work Order Requests
Students, please contact your Community Advisor for ALL your maintenance needs. Faculty and staff can create work requests, too.
