Day/Overnight Visits

A visit to the campus of any college is an integral part of your college search. Please accept our invitation to visit Hamilton to see if we’re right for you.

Day or overnight Visits

Sit in on a class, eat in our dining hall and/or spend an overnight in a residence hall. A limited number of overnights with a student host are available for accepted students on a first-come, first-served basis on September 26, October 3, October 17, October 24, and November 7. Seven days advance notice is required. Please call 800-843-2655 to arrange a visit. Hamilton College offers travel reimbursement to a limited number of students who are unable to visit campus without financial assistance. Interested students should contact our office at admission@hamilton.edu.

Visit a Class

Prospective students who are visitors of the Admission Office are generally welcome to sit in on classes, but are encouraged to arrive five minutes before the class begins to introduce themselves to the professor and to make sure the content for that day is appropriate (not an exam day, etc.).
