All campus visitors are required to be fully vaccinated (and boosted, if eligible) against COVID-19, and should be prepared to show proof of vaccination upon the group's arrival.
Employees of Hamilton College wishing to host a group visit should contact Lucy Jurina, assistant dean of Admission, at email@example.com to schedule a campus tour.
Hamilton College offers group visits, Monday through Friday, at the following times:
10 a.m.: Campus Tour
11 a.m.: Information Session
1 p.m.: Campus Tour
2 p.m.: Information Session
Groups wishing to visit Hamilton should submit a request at least two weeks prior to the anticipated visit date; we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate late requests.
Please be advised, your request is pending approval by the Office of Admission until you receive a confirmation form from our Group Visit Coordinator. Visits are subject to the academic calendar and the availability of admission staff and student tour guides. We are unable to accommodate groups of 10 or more on weekends and holidays.
Lunch on Campus
Should you desire lunch during your Group Visit to Hamilton, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. The pricing is as follows:
- Boxed Lunch ($8 per person)
Note: Boxed lunches will be picked up at the dining hall, but must be consumed outdoors or on the porch of Siuda House.

Please have the vehicles drop your students off at building 46 on the campus map and then park in the lot just north of building 42. After your visit, the bus may pick you up again at building 46.
Don’t panic! We understand! Please call the front desk at 800-843-2655 to let us know your anticipated arrival time. Please be aware certain aspects of your visit may be cancelled if you arrive late.
No, but you are welcome to sign up for both if you would like.
If you are coming to campus with a group of 5 or fewer students, you do not need to register for a Group Visit. You are welcome to sign up for our daily Information Session and tour times.
Visits are subject to the academic calendar and the availability of admission staff and student tour guides. Our group visit coordinator will work with you to try and find a date that works for your group.
