Ramón Hamilton’s award-winning movie “Smuggled” will be screened on Thursday, Nov. 14, at 8 p.m., in the Taylor Science Center’s Kennedy Auditorium. Ramón Hamilton will be present to introduce his movie and answer questions.

Landscape planner and author Randall Arendt will present a lecture, “Rural Conservation Subdivision Design to Help Protect Working and Cultural Landscapes” on Wednesday, Nov. 13, at 4:30 p.m., in the Taylor Science Center Kennedy Auditorium. The lecture, sponsored by the Environmental Studies program, is free and open to the public.

On Nov. 9-10, Hamilton’s Levitt Center along with Colgate University hosted Startup Experience, an intensive two-day workshop for students interested in social and commercial entrepreneurship. The workshop was held in the Spencer House on Hamilton’s campus.
