Hamilton College has a zero tolerance policy for harassment and sexual misconduct. Hamilton College is committed to preventing sexual violence on our campus. All members and guests of the community are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.  For further information on the College's sexual misconduct and sexual harrasment policy, please read the full description in the Student Handbook. Hamilton College has a Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Board, as well as Emergency Medical Technicians on call 24-hours a day, that are trained to help the College community in cases of rape and sexual assault. Sexual misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated at Hamilton College.
