- Write out the question and add as much detail and context as possible to clarify the request, including information such as:
- Part time
- Full time
- On-campus
- Off-campus
- Dates/Academic Year
- Course
- Department
- Is this data just for you, or will others need access?
- Do you need to collect data for research or a conduct a survey? Do you need an IRB?
- Contact the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment for more information on surveys or research involving academic data.
