The “Fall into Wellness” challenge is a month-long wellness initiative for October inspired by the change in seasons. The primary goal of the individual challenge is to accomplish a small Wellness goal each day.
By successfully instituting “micro” goals within five Wellness categories over a period of time, you just might find habit change can be accomplished in small ways that really add up!

I'm interested. Now what?

Nope! This is an informal challenge and no registration is necessary. Just a commitment for the month to yourself, or an "accountabilibuddy"!

Absolutely. In fact, it would be encouraged! There is always strength in numbers. Commit to the challenge with a friend or colleague for support, encouragement, inspiration, and accountability throughout the Challenge.

Looking back on your month of accomplishments and realizing how some changes can be simple, and really add up over time is the best prize there is!
