Through tailored training methods honed over his years of experience, Eddie is dedicated to guiding you towards peak performance and helping you unlock your true potential. Julia Shove

Julia Shove has found her home in the fitness industry since 2018. A Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), she offers private personal training and small group training sessions at Hamilton College, by appointment. Her approach to functional fitness features strength-building movement with targeted integration of stability, balance, agility, endurance, flexibility, and resistance training. Julia’s teaching philosophy places emphasis on the core as the center hub for all movement, combining the above disciplines to create diverse, full-body workouts. Julia holds additional credentials as a group fitness instructor (ACE), a certified stretching and flexibility coach (NASM-SFC), and a certified nutrition coach (NASM-CNC). She has served on the faculty of numerous Utica- and Syracuse-based dance studios, as well as teaching group fitness classes locally at Body by Design, Studio 55 Group Fitness, and within the Hamilton College group class programming (LaBlast, Full Body Sculpt, PiYo / Cardio Flow, and Power Barre).
