Tu le diras à ma mère, the French version of Tell This to My Mother by Professor of French Joseph Mwantuali, was published in Paris last week by Présence Africaine, a prestigious publishing house in the francophone African world.

Le Discours africain à l’ère des exorcistes (“African Discourse in the Era of the Exorcists”) by Professor of French Joseph Mwantuali was recently published in Paris by Panafrika/Silex/Nouvelles du Sud. The book re-examines the contact of Africa with the West.

Professor of French Joseph Mwantuali presented a keynote address at a colloquium on the Democratic Republic of the Congo held Sept. 12-14 in Logan, Australia. He spoke at the invitation of Australian Conference Rally on Kongo, Inc. (ACroK), an Australia-based advocacy group.

Professor of French Joseph Mwantuali recently edited a book of Werewere-Liking teachings titled L’Enseignement de l’Éveilleuse d’Étoiles, (“Tôrôl Tchôrôt”). Fragments d’expériences d’une tradition initiatique Africaine.

Professor of French Joseph Mwantuali recently published a book titled Tell This to My Mother, a novel based on the true story of  war rape victim Coco Ramazani. Published by Strategic Book Publishing & Rights Agency, it is Mwantuali’s first book written in English.

Mark Bailey, computer science; Kevin Grant, history; Elaine Heekin, dance and movement studies; Seth Major, physics;  Robert Martin, government; Joseph Mwantuali, French; and Stephen Wu, economics,  were promoted effective July 1.
