The Hamilton College Theatre Department will present its Spring Theater Production, Orestes 2.0 by Charles Mee. Performances will run Thursday, April 12, through Saturday, April 14, at 8 p.m., and Wednesday, April 18, through Saturday, April 21, at 8 p.m. There is an additional performance at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 14. All performances will take place in Minor Theater.

The Department of Music will present the home concert of the Hamilton College Choir’s March tour on Friday, March 30, at 7:30 p.m., in Wellin Hall. The 64-member choir is directed by G. Roberts Kolb, professor of music and director of choral music at Hamilton since 1981. The concert is free and open to the public.

The Hamilton College Department of Dance and Movement Studies will present its annual Spring Dance Concert on Friday, March 2, and Saturday, March 3, at 8 p.m., in Wellin Hall. The performance will feature student dancers and choreography by Hamilton faculty Sandra Stanton and Paris Wilcox ’95 in addition to guest choreographers Misung Hong, Heather Koniz ’04 and Jeremy Raia.

The Hamilton College Department of Music presented Lady in the Dark as this year's choir musical on Feb. 3-5, in Wellin Hall. Lady in the Dark features music by Kurt Weill, lyrics by Ira Gershwin, and book by Moss Hart. The fully staged musical was directed by G. Roberts Kolb with choreography by Nancy Long and set and lighting design by William DiPaolo.

The Hamilton College Performing Arts Series opens the spring semester with a performance of Macbeth presented by the Aquila Theatre Company on Saturday, Jan. 21, at 8 p.m. in Wellin Hall. There will be a pre-concert discussion lead by Aquila’s artistic director Peter Meineck at 7 p.m. in Café Opus.
