The Paull Franklin Baum Book Fund

This fund was established through a trust established in 1964 by Paull Franklin Baum, Class of 1909. Having received a Ph.D. from Harvard University, Paull Baum was a Professor Emeritus of English at Duke University and served as chairman of the Duke Library Council from 1935 to 1953. This fund provides for the purchase of books and other media in the fields of Greek and Latin classics and/or English literature and philology.
