The R&ID team assists with the research initiatives and scholarship of faculty including the discovery of resources, managing research results, navigating copyright, exploring publishing options, and creating scholarship.

Librarians are available to consult with faculty on questions related to copyright, open access, and publisher agreements. The library also works to provide programming for faculty that includes opportunities to learn from and meet with representatives from scholarly publishers.

Research Support

Librarians, instructional designers, and educational technologists support faculty in their ongoing scholarship. Assistance can vary widely based upon individual needs, but might include anything from help locating research collections to advice on choosing productivity apps.

Scholarly Profiles & Projects

Librarians, instructional designers, and educational technologists can assist faculty in making their scholarship more visible and available to a wider audience. This may include consultation with other LITS teams and support with uploading material to the college's digital repository, creating scholar profile pages, and developing project websites.
