Hamilton College has contracted with The National Student Clearinghouse to provide Enrollment Verifications for our students.  Students can obtain FREE Enrollment Verifications from the Clearinghouse through the website 24 hours a day-7 days a week.

Since a students status must be verified before they can access the Free Enrollment Verification service, access is available only through the Hamilton Student Portal and Student Web Advisor pages only.  These pages require a student username and password.

If you would like to get an Enrollment Verification for your son or daughter, you can access the Clearinghouse directly.  There will be a charge, payable by credit card, for this service.  If you would like to take advantage of the Free Enrollment Verification Service, please ask your student to access the site and request the verification.  The Verifications can be printed or saved to the desktop to be emailed as a PDF attachment.

Key Dates

Aug. 26: Fall semester classes begin

Sept. 3: Last day to add a course, 2 p.m.

Sept. 29: Academic warnings due

Oct. 6: Last day to exercise credit/no credit option or drop a course without penalty, 3 p.m.

Oct. 13: Last day to declare an academic leave of absence to study off campus for Spring 2022 semester

Dec. 10: Fall semester classes end

Dec. 13-17: Final exams
