Physical Education Requirements

Fall 2021 Courses

  • Winter I: Monday, October 18th - Friday, December 3


Courses can be added through the following dates:

  • Winter I Courses: Thursday, October 21

PE Course Registration can be done through Student Planning for open courses. Closed courses require the permission of the instructor. Signed Course Change Forms can be turned into the Registrar’s Office during regular business hours.

Important: You can NOT receive credit toward your PE requirement for the same course or activity (ie: Varsity Hockey and Skating)

Fitness (PHYED 106) may be taken one time. Dynamic Fitness (PHYED 206) may be taken as many times as you like. Students taking Dynamic Fitness more than once will only receive one credit toward the PE requirement. In order for students to receive credit for both of these PE courses, they must take PHYED 106 first. Students who take PHYED 206 first will not receive credit for PHYED 106.

Wed., Jan. 19: Spring semester begins


Wed., Jan. 26: Last day to add a course


Fri., Feb. 25: Last day to drop a course


Fri., March 4: Last day to declare an academic leave of absence for fall 2022 semester


Fri., March 4: Spring recess begins


Mon., March 28: Classes resume


Tues., May 10: Spring semester classes end


Thurs.-Mon., May 12-16: Final examinations
