Skenandoa features air-conditioned single and double rooms, each with their own bathroom, for sophomores, juniors and seniors. There is a two-person apartment located on the first floor with two singles, a bathroom, common room and full kitchen. Lounges with furniture for studying and watching television are located throughout the building and there is a laundry room and full kitchen on the ground floor. Skenandoa House is the oldest building in New York State to receive a Silver LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification by the U.S. Green Building Coalition.
