Meet Our Staff
Lisa Magnarelli ’96
Director of College Events & Scheduling
Lisa leads the team and manages large public programs (Convocation, Class and Charter Day, Commencement, Sacerdote Great Names Series) as well as high visibility lectureships with the Academic Affairs Division. She also chairs the Weekly Events Meeting as well as the 25Live Operations Committee.
Dannelle Parker
Associate Director of Conferences & Summer Programs
Dannelle provides operational oversight of conferences, weddings, summer programs and other special events. She also manages the day-to-day coordination of facilities and services during non-academic times.
Claire McKenney
Assistant Director of Campus Scheduling
Claire provides functional oversight to the 25Live scheduling system and trains system users. She manages facility scheduling policies and also maintains the College’s master Events Calendar.
Elizabeth Spaziani
Campus Scheduler
Liz manages and approves requests for most College facilities and events submitted through the 25Live scheduling system. She also serves as a liaison between requestors and event service providers to ensure the accuracy of information submitted for events. In addition, she provides administrative support to the College Events and Scheduling Office.
