Recognized student organizations can request space to host events on campus using 25Live (our campus scheduling system). These events can be advertised on the Events Calendar and in the Daily Events Email. If the event requires any set up, (such as tables and chairs) tech support from AV or if food and/or drinks will be served, the requestor will need to watch a training video and complete a short quiz in order to make these requests using 25Live.
